In order to be eligible to receive Press Credentials you MUST:

1) Be on assignment for a publication, news service, newspaper, website or
radio or television station;

2) Provide proof of assignment by your editor, including full contact
information for the assigning editor;

3) In order to maintain eligibility for next year, you must submit a copy of the published article or a photograph resulting from your attendance following this year's event. Please send printed articles to:

Editors assigning more than one journalist or photographer are asked to designate ONE primary contact.

PLEASE NOTE: Submission deadline for credential requests is no later than
two weeks prior to the event.
