South Padre International Music Festival invites you and your friends to join an expected 20,000 music fans and beach lovers from all over the US and beyond on October 31st - November 2nd, 2008 (Halloween weekend). Being one of most southern tips of America, only 30 miles from Mexico and hosting an array of music genres, South Padre becomes a true musical paradise once a year.
In 2007, festival-goers stuck their toes in the sand and danced the night away to the inaugural SPI Music Fest. More than 60 bands -- from indie jams, rock, reggae and country to Latin rock, ska and jazz –took over the tiny island and established one of the largest cultural experiences on the Gulf Coast.
